Now in its 10th year and once voted the #1 5K by Colorado Runner Magazine readers, The Great Candy Run depends on continued support by many local businesses, including longtime supporters Output Services and Coda Coffee.

Over its 7 years in existence, the event’s beneficiary, the Fetal Health Foundation, has met so many families and businesses directly affected by one or another fetal syndrome. These relationships have created natural sponsorships in helping the families support others.

[blockquote name=””]“Coda Coffee is proud to be long-time supporters of [this event]. Having been directly affected by TTTS, the family behind Coda recognizes the value of the information and support that comes from [the Foundation] for families in these terrifying situations,” said Jessica Thwaites, Coda Coffee Administrator. “It is Coda’s dream and hope that fetal syndromes such as TTTS will one day be a thing of the past.”[/blockquote]

The Great Candy Run Denver is the flagship event of the National Race Series benefitting the Fetal Health Foundation. Participants enjoy a fun-filled day with the run, on-course entertainment, cash prizes, a Family Festival complete with live entertainment, mascots, games and activities, a costume contest, and refreshments from vendors like Coda Coffee and many more. More than 3,500 participants and spectators are expected at this year’s highly anticipated event

All proceeds from the event benefit the Fetal Health Foundation, a national non-profit organization serving as a liaison between families whose babies are diagnosed with an intrauterine fetal syndrome and the medical teams that provide their care.
